Who Can Claim Compensation?

If you were injured in the Liverpool parade incident by the vehicle involved, then there is a very good chance you will be entitled to claim compensation.

When making a personal injury claim following an incident like this, it’s necessary to show that the driver owed you a duty of care, breached that duty, and as a result of the breach, you suffered harm. In the case of the Liverpool parade crash, this will be easy to establish, especially given that Merseyside Police has confirmed that the driver was under the influence of drugs.

It’s also possible to claim compensation if you meet the legal definition of a secondary victim. This is someone who witnessed what happened or was invovled in the immediate aftermath.

We can help with all types of cases, so reach out to us today to talk with us for free about what happened.
