What to have to hand when you call

When you reach out to us with a claim enquiry, the more you can tell and show us, the better advice we can provide.

With this in mind, here’s what we recommend you have to hand when you get in touch:

  • A summary of what happened
  • Any photographs of the scene of the accident, showing the cause
  • Footage of the accident, be it CCTV or from a dashcam
  • Medical notes following the accident if you attended a GP surgery, walk-in centre or hospital
  • Contact details of any witnesses to the accident
