Background…

Holding senior plc positions in the insurance industry for over 20 years, Simon joined our business in 2015 from leading UK insurance broker Towergate. In a period of significant legislative and regulatory change for personal injury law, Simon has transformed the business to become a fully-fledged legal services group with an innovative law firm at its heart.

Simon’s role…

As Chief Operating Officer, Simon is responsible for the leadershipand operation of our Consumer Legal Services Division. This includes our law practice National Accident Law, leading accident injury advice brand National Accident Helpline, the joint ventures with our partner law firms, product provider partnerships as well as our property and conveyancing businesses.

In advance of major governmental reforms to personal injury law, Simon successfully launched our in-house legal practice National Accident Law in April 2019. This included transforming the core of our business from claims management company into an innovative, technology-led law firm backed by a range of complementary consumer legal services.

Outside the office…

A busy family man, Simon likes to unwind on his bike and is a keen road cyclist.
